At Emo Stitches, we take pride in offering unique woven blankets made with care and attention. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.


Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
We require clear photos or videos of the issue so we can verify the problem. Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong design or size, please send a photo of the item you received. We will replace it at no cost.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package never arrives or is marked as lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

To keep prices fair and quality consistent, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Disliking the size after ordering

  • “Change of mind” situations

  • Normal texture differences due to the woven material

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
